Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination, but domestic U.S. orders usually arrive within 2–6 business days after shipment.
Carriers
We primarily ship with USPS. In some cases, depending on your location or service availability, we may use other reliable carriers.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment at:

Incorrect Address
Urope is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
International Shipping & Customs Fees
We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your country’s customs office.
🇻🇪 For customers in Venezuela:
Import duties and local taxes are not included in the shipping cost. You may be required to pay these additional fees to your local carrier or customs office before receiving your order.
Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, holds, or returns caused by unpaid import fees or customs clearance.
